These Terms govern your use of www.gm4t.academy and the services of GM4T (OPC) Private Limited (“GM4T”): GM4T Academy (educational content) and GuideMe4Thesis (thesis mentorship). By using the website or buying a service, you agree to them.
1. Educational content
Notes, videos, PDFs and quizzes are for education and exam preparation. They are based on standard textbooks and national guidelines but may contain errors or become outdated; always cross-check with your prescribed textbooks and current official guidelines. The content is not medical advice for any patient.
2. Use of content
All content is owned by GM4T or its licensors. You may use it for your own study and share links to it. You may not copy, resell, re-upload or distribute our PDFs, notes or videos, or remove our branding, without written permission.
3. Thesis mentorship
- Mentorship covers the scope of the plan you choose (CORE, PRO, ELITE or a consult), as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
- Academic responsibility stays with you. You remain responsible for your thesis, for following your university’s and guide’s rules, for ethics committee approval, for the authenticity of your data, and for what you finally submit.
- We do not guarantee acceptance of a protocol, thesis or paper, or any particular marks or outcome; those decisions belong to universities, boards and journals.
- You agree to share accurate information and data. We may pause or end mentorship if false data, plagiarism or misconduct is requested or discovered.
4. Payments
Prices are in Indian Rupees and are the final amount payable; GST is not currently charged. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
5. Accounts
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, GM4T’s total liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Himachal Pradesh, including the High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla, have exclusive jurisdiction.
